Scope: Proposal for the existing approximately 86 in. wide × 58 in. high window opening, retained and replaced with one large custom white vinyl, double-pane Low-E window. Final window dimensions must be field verified before ordering.
Siding & paint: Existing siding and paint will be matched as closely as possible; an exact match is not guaranteed.
Not included: Hidden rot, insect damage, structural repairs, electrical relocation, permits and engineering. Changes to the existing header or structural supports require owner approval and additional pricing.
Warranty: 12 months workmanship.
